Founded by childcare professional and educator Nicola Church, we are a boutique nanny placement agency serving families throughout the Greater Seattle area, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, and beyond. We place nannies, household managers, family assistants, newborn care specialists, tutors, doulas, housekeepers, and other domestic support professionals through a personalized matching process where every family works directly with our director. Our fee structure is among the lowest in the industry, and we limit the number of clients we take on at any given time so each family receives focused, one-on-one attention from initial consultation through placement and beyond.
